Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credits for the basic amount of the order. Purchases with obvious signs of use cannot be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We accept refund requests within 5 days of the order. Please ensure that the packaging is intact as it was when delivered. If you choose a refund, the refund will not be processed until the item arrives back at our warehouse. This may take up to 3-5 working days from the delivery receipt.
  • SALE ITEMS: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refund

We want to provide every customer with a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for a small business to offer returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts five days. If five days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchases with obvious signs of use can’t be refunded. To initiate the return, you will have to drop a request at casivly.com@gmail.com.

We still want to sustainably offer one free return/exchange per order.

The payment may be processed prior to the dispatch of the product you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed by the same mode of payment.

We do not charge any return shipping or handling fees from the customer.

Please Note: You can get a refund in the form of store credits, which can be used to make future purchases at Casivly.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at casivly.com@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order yourself on the website.

Cancellation is only applicable before the shipping of the item. If the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, returns and refunds will be applicable according to our policies.

Exchange

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at casivly.com@gmail.com.

  • Exchange will be initiated only once against a single order.

You can notify us about the exchange product, which can be selected from our website. In case of pricing differences:

  • If the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product, we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process.
  • If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product, we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credit.

Please Note: We accept replacement requests within 3-5 days of the order. Please ensure that the packaging is intact as it was when delivered.

Returns/Exchange Through Pickup

We usually arrange a return pickup for the order. In cases where a return pickup cannot be initiated, we ask you to ship the product to one of our locations. If you ship the order on your own, we will credit your Casivly account with up to ₹100. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within the stated time. If there is an issue, email us at casivly.com@gmail.com, and we will work hard to resolve it.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping the item on your own, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store Credit

We offer store credit to customers who are not satisfied with their purchase so that they can choose a different product from our website that suits their needs better. Store credit is valid forever and never expires. You can pick any product you like and redeem the store credit.

Non-Refundable Returns

  • Thin cases for iPhone 6/7/8 series.
  • A product that is being discontinued.
  • Any other products marked as non-returnable, as mentioned on the product page.
  • Products with obvious signs of usage.
  • Sale items.
  • Shipping cost, if ever charged.
  • Orders placed using store credits.
